Shipping policy

Shipping occurs within 5-7 business days from the time the order was placed. Kella's Love Collection LLC only ships items Monday through Friday. Shipping is not done on weekends or holidays. Note: There may be slight delays in receiving your items due to Covid-19 and the impact of the USPS.

Once your order has been purchased you will receive a tracking number via email or text (whichever method chose at check out). Once your order has shipped you will receive another email or text with the same tracking number to check the status of your order. Kella's Love Collection LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your items has not been received please contact your local post office, usps.com or 1-800-ASK-USPS and check your tracking information. Please note: Kella's Love Collection LLC is not responsible if the order and tracking information shows "delivered" to the correct address nor is Kella's Love Collection LLC responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped.

Note: International shipping " outside of the U.S. is not available at this time.
